Simply Scandinavian has combined forces with
Absolut Form to promote the products in their
joint portfolios. To celebrate this, products
from both companies will be displayed at
Pulse, Earls Court, 11-14th May, stand U-J61.
We hope you can come there to see new products
and meet all of us. Absolut Form will show the
new Verner Panton glass lamps at Pulse:
FlowerPot in standard size and extra large, as
well as Topan. There will also be throws and
tablemats in felted wool by Annemette
Beck, and a new range of glassware by Sofie
Refer.

general rule is that Simply Scandinavian will
deal with all enquries for specifiers and
Absolut Form will deal with all retail
enquiries.
Simply Scandinavian will therefore have an
extended range with clocks,
telephones, alarm clocks, weather stations,
smoke alarms and tableware
products, for the contract market.
Jacob Jensen was chief designer for B&O for
many years. Jacob Jensen's
designs are noted for their simple classic
Scandinavian style and
functionalism.
Jacob Jensen products:
Piet Hein was a Danish architect, who rose to
international fame through
other disciplines as well, such as
mathematics, verse and furniture
design. Outside Denmark, he is best know for
inventing The SuperellipseŽ
- a combination of the rectangle and the oval
into a shape that is a
combination of the two.
